Theo van Leur Architectuur Presentaties is a contemporary studio specializing in real estate visualizations. With a team of 15 people, we work daily to visualize future building projects. All of our work is done in-house at our office located at the Stadsring in Amersfoort.

Our 30-year history began with brushes and watercolors, which allowed us to build up a tremendous knowledge base in the areas of composition, color use, and creating atmosphere. This knowledge is still present in our felt-tip impressions, but we also apply it in our digital work. We are one of the few studios in the Netherlands that provides professional manual sketch impressions that can be used in various stages of the sales process. Furthermore, we are at the forefront of digital visualization with photorealistic renderings of both interior and exterior spaces. We are known for our photomontages in "regular" photos and 360° photos where it is often difficult to distinguish between photography and rendering.

We provide animations, 3D montages in (drone) footage, virtual tours (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), and products for current 3D VR headsets such as Oculus Rift, Samsung Gear VR, and HTC Vive.

We create furnished floor plans in various styles, from felt-tip to digital. We can accommodate specific wishes regarding visual style.
